Avery & Elmo and The Ducks
We’ve been starting to watch episodes of Sesame Street with Avery, and specifically Elmo videos since she’s such a fan. There is an episode of where Elmo plays a song with some ducks in it and Avery looses it.
We now fully know what it’s like to have a little girl who has crushes. She’s so excited.

Muncie Mini Report
Yesterday I ran my first mini-marathon in Muncie! I am happy to report that today I wasn’t limping and actually am feeling really good. The morning ended up being perfect weather wise. RFC Update
Today was a long, but great day. I just finished my second ride of my second shift in 24 hours. I covered 87 miles today, which is the most I’ve ever covered in one day period.
My first ride of the day came in the early morning and started off with about a half mile warmup which led the base of a giant hill. Nothing like starting your trip off with a 1,200ft climb over 3 miles. I remember...

Race For Congo
We’re on the road. However, not without challenges. Our original RV rental fell through in the middle of the night due to mechanical problems that couldn’t be fixed before we needed to be on the road. We’ve secured another RV though. It’s no luxury coach like the one we were planning on, but it’s got all it’s wheels and will go down the road straight.
